Clear expectations from the start.
Is the conversation confidential?
Coaching confidentiality is defined in the written agreement and is subject to applicable legal and safety exceptions. Within those boundaries, the clarity review and coaching conversations are private. If an employer sponsors the engagement, reporting boundaries are agreed in writing before coaching begins. Sessions are not recorded unless both parties explicitly agree.
What happens after I apply?
You will choose a time and share a small amount of preparation context. Prem will use the conversation to understand the pressure, the pattern, your 90-day objective and whether coaching is appropriate. A strong-fit applicant receives a personalized recommendation and proposal.
How quickly can we begin?
Once mutual fit is established, your agreement, schedule and secure invoice are handled personally. Your place is confirmed only after the agreement and first payment are complete.
What is the investment?
The 90-day founding engagement is CAD $15,000 plus applicable taxes. Payment terms, employer sponsorship and the written agreement are discussed during the clarity review, once we have confirmed mutual fit.
What support is available between sessions?
Prem replies within one business day, Monday–Friday. The engagement also includes up to three brief, time-sensitive coaching check-ins each month before or after an important decision, conversation or leadership moment. It does not provide 24/7, emergency or crisis support.
